30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package (if damaged)
We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplement products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
